As part of the IT Solution & Architecture department, the IAM (Identity & Access Management) Solution Architect will contribute to the architecture, standards and roadmap evolution of the IAM practice. The IAM SA will be aligned and work in collaboration with other security enterprise and security solution Architects. The SA will work with different teams from the business to developers, internal and external parties like suppliers and with different projects.

The person will contribute to the team by assisting weekly meetings, document and coordinate delivery activities as well as propose and lead solutions implementation.


- Be an expert (SME) in the field of Identity and Access Management;
- Stay continuously close to technological news and security monitoring in IGA(Identity Governance and Administration);
- Keep IAM roadmap up to date;
- Maintain constant contact with the security monitoring and pen testing teams to learn about new threats and attack techniques on your IGA(Identity Governance and Administration) domain;
- Play a transversal advisory role in its IGA security area;
- Play a key role in a safety orientation expert committee;
- Establish a 360-security posture of IGA security, present it and participate in correction plans;
- Make the various IT teams aware of good practices related to IAM security;
- Facilitate operationalization workshops with key stakeholders to deliver proper processes and procedures;
- Prepare and present corporate and departmental presentation for colleagues and upper management;
- Compile metrics, create graphs and data for KPIs;
- Draft specifications (user stories) for developers based on the business specifications, procedures and processes;
- Conduct sessions with developers to find the appropriate solution;
- Have the solution approved by the Product Owner and the customer;
- Draft business needs and specifications;
- Conceive and provide architecture/solution diagrams;
- Document implementation plans as per internal Standards;
- Produce architecture reference, patterns integration, decisional trees to support IAM activities;
- Create reports and presentations;
- Facilitate architecture workshops with colleagues and other contributors;
- Collaborate with Change Management to plan and facilitate changes, create the required material and communication;
- Prepare and help in training documentation;
- Define and organize governance framework;
- Define IAM standards;
- Collaborate with identity auditors;
- Support documentation for IAM processes and procedures;
- Collaborate with Procurement for presale activities;


- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer science, Information Technology or other related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both official languages
- At least 5 years of work experience in IAM-related field or similar experience
- Experience in developing/implementing IAM/CIAM systems for many audiences: Employees, Consultants, Partners, Clients
- Experience with IAM tools (ForgeRock, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Okta, Azure AD, MIM, Quest, Active Directory, AWS Identity and GCP Identity, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, 2FA, etc.)
- Certification such as GIAC, CISSP, CISA or CISM is an asset
- Experience working in large/global corporate environments
- Skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within tight deadlines

o High-Privileged Access Management
